Ipswich Bicycle Club will be starting its Autumn and Winter Coached Off Road Training on Sat 26th September, at Foxhall Stadium, Foxhall Road Ipswich IP4 5QW.
Foxhall Stadium is a superb Off Road venue for Cyclo Cross and Mountain Biking.
Sessions will run from 10am-12noon for riders aged 7yrs+ incorporating Adults too and will include technique improvement, fitness training and race scenarios.
Dates are arranged around Cyclo Cross Fixtures and Venue Events.
Club membership is not essential but you are always welcome to join.
