We are a Club which is affiliated to British Cycling, the Cycling Touring Club and Cycling Time Trials associations. With over 200 members who participate in Road Racing, Cycle Cross, and Time Trailing. Our registered and qualified coach’s have regular training sessions to build on technique, strength and road craft.

The Members meet on a Saturday morning for a variety of distance social rides, at different speeds, to local cafes for refreshments before heading back to Northgate Sports Centre. This leaves the sports centre at 0900, and is usually back around 1.30pm

On alternate Sundays the Chain Gang goes out from Dance East for a quick 60 mile loop. This is a hard training ride which other clubs participate in. This also leaves at 0900, and usually lasts just over 3 hours.

In line with British Cycling licenses, all memberships run out on 31st December.

Member benefits also include  a closed Facebook page which members chat on and organise mid week rides, lifts to events, and sell/buy components.
