This is the AGM for IBC where the current committee is dissolved and a new one formed to manage the club over the next year. It is important that club members attend as it will give you chance to see and meet who is running the club and maybe get involved yourself if you so wish. Nibbles and snacks will be provided.
There will be some committee positions up for grabs – Welfare Officer male, Social Event organiser, male and female club reps, youth secretary, MTB secretary. If you are interested in any of these positions please email secretary@ipswichbicycleclub.co.uk and talk to any committee member about what may be involved. If you as a member would like to nominate or put forward any item for the AGM to discuss and vote on then please send in writing to secretary@ipswichbicycleclub.co.uk via email. All nominations must be lodged with the club secretary by midnight on Sat 6th November in order to be considered for inclusion in the AGM agenda which will be sent out in advance of the meeting on week beginning Mon 8th Nov.
