Due to the popularity and increasing numbers the Saturday social rides have been colour coded into four groups.Tested on 8th March the following format proved successful and will continue to be trialled and honed.

• Green 12/14 mph average, new members and none members
• Blue 14/16 mph entry level group riding
• Red 16/18 mph faster more experienced group riders.
• Black 18/20 mph experienced riders looking to progress through to CG

All groups still meet at the same Café and riders have the opportunity to change groups, subject to numbers and ride leaders approval, as before.

The initial trial was a great success and led to all abilities of riders getting the maximum from their ride with some from the Black group progressing to the following days CG.
