IP1 4HD. I will also be at the SCRS nights at Trinity Park and on the Saturday club rides if that helps.

Final 2016 Coached Road Training at RAF Woodbridge 9th July

Our final Coached Road training is Saturday 9th July.
Arrive 9.40am, sessions run 10am-12noon.

RAF Woodbridge is a very exciting venue and the site has been used previously for Road Circuit Racing by local cycle clubs.

This site offers an excellent traffic free environment opportunity for some great training to help improve fitness, bike handling or race preparation. Sessions are aimed at 7yrs + with Adults encouraged.

IBC Annual Ride to Norwich

Back for a third year in the safe hands of Matt Kerr the annual Ipswich to Norwich ride will take place on Friday 17th June, departing from Northgate Sports Centre at 9am.

Club Social Night Quiz

Monday 6th June, as it is the first Monday in the month, will be our Club Social Evening at Greshams. Marcus will be hosting a quiz for your entertainment.
The format is teams of up to 6,
6 rounds of 10 questions and a prize for the winning team. It will be mostly general knowledge with a bit a cycling thrown in.
Come along and have an enjoyable evening and bring a friend if you know they are good at quizzes.

IBC Spring Scramble Road Race Sunday 20th March

This years IBC Spring Scramble Road race was a complete success with a full contingent of 60 riders competing in the mens race and 30 ladies competing for the womens race.

Congratulations to Ross Fawcett of IBC as a worthy winner after leading a breakaway from as early as lap 1. In 2nd place was another IBC rider Phil Hetzel who chased down the leader in a group of 8 but couldn’t get closer than 2:22 minutes.
