New to reliability rides? Ride in a group over the set distance at your chosen pace. Aim to finish the distance as close to your chosen time as possible. Non competitive and very social.

A young person’s crash helmet was left behind at the recent Foxhall cyclo-cross event run by Mark Wyer. Also left behnind was a black top. Contact dominic.castle@eadt.co.uk if you think they may be yours.

Two groups
- More experienced riders approx 35 to 40 miles
- Less experienced riders of approx 20 miles
Following several enquiries the 20m ride has been added and will be ideal for those wanting to gain experience of a group ride. Want a shorter ride visit Cycle Suffolk
All riders will need to bring suitable clothing and a spare inner tube (if the weather is poor at least a rear light too).

Suffolk Sport are seeking to appoint a project co-ordinator for the Cycle Suffolk project, which has secured funding from Sport England’s Rural Communities Fund.
Working with clubs, coaches and other volunteers in cycling across Suffolk. The aim of Cycle Suffolk is to increase participation in rural communities and to develop the cycling infrastructure in the county through enhancing the quality of coaching and club provision working with key partners such as British Cycling, the education and local authority sectors and other community agencies.
