ICA Round 6 Results
Some good times at lastnights IBC run TT with some riders completing there first TT for IBC. It was an almost the perfect night for this early in the season, clear and warm finally but a set of traffic lights near the normal finish meant the a slightly shorter course by about 0.3miles. Fewer riders than lastweek, I suspect a few still nursing sore legs and elbows from weekend excursions. Thanks to all marshals again.

British Cycling Eastern Region MBK race, (Mud, Sweat & Gears Series Race #2)
• Elite/Expert Male – David Warwick had to retire • Veteran Male – Clive Quantrill 31 / 70 (tough day…the most battered I’ve been after a day’s cycling for a long while) • Very technical course. Lap 1 and one Gipping Racing rider overtaking on the BMX course ‘whoops’ slightly too fast, over the handlebars, broken collar bone. Broken my front suspension.
